What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. If you are arriving earlier or departing later, do let us know in advance — we will do our best to accommodate you at no extra charge, subject to availability.

 

Is there parking?

Bevagna is a restricted traffic zone. There are free public car parks less than two minutes' walk from the entrance — we will point you in the right direction when you book.

 

Is breakfast included?

Yes, it is included in the room rate. It is served in the frescoed ground-floor dining room: freshly baked bread, homemade pastries, and local produce.

 

Do you accept pets?

Yes, small pets are welcome. Please let us know at the time of booking.

 

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

 

How do I get there without a car?

The nearest railway station is Foligno (Rome–Perugia–Ancona line), about ten minutes by taxi. Get in touch and we will provide you with transfer contacts.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

This depends on the rate selected at the time of booking. The terms are clearly displayed before you confirm — no surprises when it comes to refunds.

 

What is the Mercato delle Gaite, and when does it take place?

It is Bevagna's medieval festival: every year from 18 to 28 June, the village steps back in time with artisan workshops, period costume, a historic banquet, and a competition between the town's four quarters. Step through the palazzo's front door and you are in the heart of it.

 

Are the rooms accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

The building is historic and has staircases with no lift. Please contact us directly — we will describe the layout in detail so you can assess things before you arrive.
